The WellBuilt Guarantee
Booked estimates on your calendar — or we keep building for free.
Most agencies sell you leads and a report, then disappear. We put qualified estimate consultations on your calendar and stand behind the number. Miss it, and we work without our fee until you hit it.
What you're actually getting
We guarantee consultations, not "leads."
A lead is a phone number. A consultation is a qualified homeowner with a real project, booked onto your calendar. Angi resells the same lead to five contractors and lets you fight over it; the ads you ran yourself burned budget with nothing booked to show. Ours are exclusive, pre-qualified, and booked for you.
-
In your service area
No leads from two towns over that you would never drive to.
-
A real project, not a price-check
Someone planning the work — not a tire-kicker fishing for a number.
-
In a budget band that fits
Homeowners whose project matches the work you actually want.
-
Booked on your calendar
A confirmed consultation with a time on it — not a name to chase.
How we can promise it
The number isn't a hope. It's a system.
Paid channels deliver from week one while your SEO and reviews compound underneath. That early speed is what lets us put a number in writing on day one.
- 1
We run the ads that pay fast
Local Services Ads and pay-per-click search put you in front of homeowners the moment they go looking — pay-per-lead, Google-screened, matched to search intent, live from week one.
- 2
Our booking engine answers in seconds
Every call and form hits our booking engine instantly, with call tracking on the line so nothing slips. It handles lead qualification and books a consultation while your competitor is still letting it ring.
- 3
Consultations land on your calendar
Confirmed, recorded, reminders sent. Conversion tracking ties every booked consultation back to the ad that earned it, so you show up to talk to people who are ready — we count the number and stand behind it.
The exact number depends on your market, your trade, and your budget — we scope it on your Blueprint call and write it into the agreement. We promise what we can beat, not what sounds good.
If we miss
We don't get paid to manage.
Fall short of the number in a month, and we keep running your account without our management fee until we catch up. We only win when you do — anything less and the time, the work, and the build are on us.
A fair deal, both ways
- We hold up our end: the ads, the booking engine, the consultations, the number.
- We back shows, not just bookings: a show-rate floor in writing — fall below it and we keep booking free until your shown count is made whole.
- You hold up yours: fund the agreed budget, return the consult, and show up to it.
- Nobody games it: we agree what "qualified" means before we start, in writing.
Why we can stake this
An established company, betting on itself.
WellBuilt is new. Xtego, the team behind it, is not — 17 years, 200-plus projects, 100-plus clients, in-house. We are pointing all of that at one job: booking work for remodelers. We are confident enough to take the risk off your plate. That confidence is the whole offer.

The fine print, in plain English.
What counts as a qualified consultation?
A homeowner in your service area, with a real project in a budget band that fits, booked onto your calendar with a time on it. Behind that bar sits real lead qualification and lead scoring — search intent, project scope, timeline — not just a form fill. We agree on the definition before we start, so there is no argument later. Junk does not count toward the number for you or for us.
What happens if you miss the number?
We keep working without our management fee until we make it up — sharpening the pay-per-click campaigns, the landing page, and conversion rate optimization until the bookings land. You went looking for booked work; until you have it, we have not earned the fee. The risk sits with us, not you.
Do I still pay for ad spend during a make-good month?
Yes — ad spend runs in your own account and pays the platforms directly, so your campaigns never go dark and your Quality Score and history keep building. What we waive is our fee, the part we control. Your leads keep coming the whole time, and the return on ad spend keeps accruing to you.
Does a no-show count against the guarantee?
A booked consultation counts toward the number — we can put a ready homeowner on your calendar, but we cannot force them to show. So we back it two ways: an aggressive reminder sequence, part of the lead nurturing that runs behind every booking, to keep no-shows low, and a show-rate floor written into your agreement. If shows fall below that floor, we keep booking at no extra fee until your shown-consultation count is made whole. You get the number that actually matters — shows, not just bookings on paper.
You are new to contractor marketing. Why should I believe the number?
Because we are not asking you to. We carry the risk instead of selling you a track record. Behind the guarantee is Xtego — 17 years, 100-plus clients, an in-house team — Google Verified status on your own account, and conversion tracking in GA4 that shows every booked consultation as it lands. You watch the number prove itself in real time. The guarantee is the proof.
Am I locked into a long contract?
You own your accounts, creative, and first-party data from day one — the ad platforms, the CRM, the analytics. We earn the month with booked consultations, not a lock-in clause. Pay six or twelve months up front and you get a discount — your choice, never a requirement.
