The All-In Standard
The terms behind our market-exclusive Cornerstone plan: all-in, no refund clause — exclusivity only works with committed partners.
Definition
The All-In Standard is how our market-exclusive Cornerstone plan is structured: all-in terms, no refund clause. Cornerstone still carries our strongest booked-consultation guarantee, with the same remedy as every plan — if we miss, we keep working free until we make it up, never a refund. The All-In Standard is the commitment layer on top: because we lock your competitors out of our roster, we ask you to be all-in for the term rather than shopping for an exit.
In depth
Exclusivity is a two-way promise. When we agree to take only one contractor per trade in your metro and turn your competitors away, we're betting on you as much as you're betting on us. The All-In Standard makes that mutual — you're in, we're in, and we build like it.
It's deliberately not for everyone. The contractors who thrive on Cornerstone want a partner, not a cancel button. For everyone else, the standard WellBuilt Guarantee — booked consultations or we keep working free — is the better fit.
Worked example
A high-volume remodeler takes the only Cornerstone seat in their metro on the All-In Standard, locking out direct competitors for the full term.
